Axney & Co LLC provides digital services, digital transformation implementation, distribution and wholesale services, and ecommerce. Each engagement is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. No work starts until the client approves the scope and the price.
Websites
Websites built for clients are the client's property on payment. Until payment, preview sites remain the property of Axney & Co LLC and carry a preview notice. Hosting and maintenance are provided as agreed in writing.
Limitation and governing law
Services are provided as described in the written scope for each engagement. Axney & Co LLC is registered in Montana, USA, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
